by commissioning me you agreed to my terms and condition.

I do not allow My art to be used for A.i. or NFT.

I have the right to decline your commission request.

Do not claim my art as your own or altering the artwork without my consent.

i have the right to use and alter rejected sketches and concepts for future project.

The price mentioned is for personal use only. Posting the commission on social media with proper credit given is a must.

Do not reproduced for profit (NFTs, tracing, reselling, merch) or used commercially unless you pay for the commercial use fee.

I usually work on 2-3 commissions at a time so please understand if I don't have a progress within a week after I show you the sketch

I have the right to publish your commission online for my portfolio unless requested otherwise.

Completion time may vary. I don't have definite deadline. it depends on many factors such as; health, commission slot, complexity, work, school or irl issues. Expect me to finish your commission in 1 week - 4 months. i will inform you if i need more time.

i do not accept partial payment, payment plan, or holds for my commission.

Feel free to ask for progress updates, but don't rush me.

In the situation where you do obtain the sketch or lineart, you may NOT use or profit from the thumbnail, sketch or lineart in any shape or form including but not limited to tracing, using any section as a YCH (your character here) template or heavy reference.

If you go against the TOS, I have the right to BLACKLIST you and inform other artists

All prices are in USD and IDR (1 USD= Rp 15.000)

All the price listed are including PayPal fees.

i accept USD payment via paypal only.

IDR* payment can be paid through BNI, BRI and DANA.

full refunds are only available if i haven't made any progress or if the sketch haven't been approved.

refunds from cancelled commissions are to be discussed to determine the amount.

I will only start a custom after full payment is made. Partial payment is only reserved for users I have positive past experiences/ past transactions with.

I have the rights to terminate the buyer(s)' use of my design if it has been found to be involved in situations I do not stand for/ distributed to users in my blacklist/ redistributed against my TOS.

All customs/adopts can not be resold for a higher value, without any additional value of other art added.

All customs/adopts will be made within my morals. I do not create designs that are meant to pick fun at particular religions, groups, persons or races etc.

All customs/adopts can be traded, gifted or resold with regards to the value the buyer paid.

all customs/adopts have a 1 week cooldown before it can be traded, gifted or resold.

failure to complete bidding payment without notice within 48 hours will result in a ban.

serious bidders only. you have 12 hours after bidding to retract your offer. Repeated offense can result in a ban from future purchase of my works.

when changing or retracting offer, do not delete your comment/message. instead, edit or send another comment/message

holds and payment plan are to be discussed when bidding and/or offering.

holds and payment plan are available for adopt purchase above $100 unless stated otherwise.

maximum payment plan time is 4 months, longer plan should be stated when bidding.

maximum payment hold time is 1 month after purchase.

you cannot purchase any of my work if you have an ongoing pending payment for me such as payment plan or holds.

failure to complete holds or payment plan will result in a strike or ban.

edits of my designs done by me or the owner are allowed with prior notice.

i accept minor edit request (changing color, adding small details, removing minor parts) of my adopt free of charge, any major details will require additional fee.

Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed beforehand by the commissioner.

I charge an one-time fee of +100-200% of the total price depends on the usage.

including but not limited to: printing, virtual youtuber graphics, album or book covers, promotional artwork, game illustrations.

Once I approve your commission request I will inform you via your socials. if you didnt reply in 48 hours, i will have to cancel your commission.

I will send you the payment details after sketch is approved.

If the payment hasn't been done in 48 hours with no further info from you i have the rights to cancel your commission.

If the commissioner wants to cancel a commission, they must do so before making payment. There are no full refunds after the sketch is approved.

Major changes are allowed only at sketch phase. Maximum revision is 3 times. revision after it and Major revision after sketch is approved will require an additional fee. edits will not be charged if it's me missing important details.

The final results will be sent via email or link (sta.sh or Gdrive).

blinking, changing expressions, object movements animation are add ons for bust up & halfbody only.

fullbody movements will include all the animations mentioned above.

artistic liberty will be taken for the background unless the commissioner specifies.
